Corporate Event Photographer London

Calm, reliable coverage you don't have to manage.

Conferences, awards ceremonies, trade shows and corporate events photographed across London since 2012. Fast turnaround comes as standard, with live delivery for teams who need to publish while the room is still full.

For event managers, conference producers, agencies and marketing teams.

Some of the organisations I've photographed

From boardrooms and awards stages to embassy receptions and private members' clubs — a cross-section of the rooms, events and people I've worked around over the years. If your event means working discreetly around senior people, it's familiar ground.

Photography built around how events actually run

An event rarely follows the running order.

Schedules slip, speakers overrun, a sponsor wants an extra group shot, a VIP arrives unannounced. Good event photography isn't only about the photographs — it's knowing how live events work, and where to be when something matters.

Most clients don't want a photographer they have to manage. They want someone who takes the brief, works independently, and delivers the coverage without becoming another moving part in an already busy day.

Corporate events don't offer second takes — which is why backup equipment and a contingency plan are part of every shoot, and exactly why organisers and agencies come back rather than gamble on someone new.

The best feedback I get is usually the simplest: "We barely noticed you were there."

What the images are actually for

The event lasts a day. The images last much longer.

Photography is often one of the last things booked, yet the images become one of the longest-lasting assets from the day — carrying the report that justifies next year's budget, the thank-you that keeps a sponsor renewing, and the campaign that sells the next event.

They're also the internal record: proof the room was full, the speakers landed, and the sponsors got their moment. An event is a significant investment — the photographs are how you show what it achieved.

Every booking includes

Every event is different, but the essentials don't change:

  • A pre-event briefing to agree the shot list and priorities
  • Full coverage, worked quietly around your running order
  • A set of edited photos within 48 hours — often sooner
  • An online gallery or direct download for your team

What I photograph

Whatever the format, the approach stays the same: independent, unobtrusive, and built around how your day actually runs rather than how it's supposed to.

Conference Photography

From leadership summits and annual conferences to industry forums and multi-day events, the aim is the same: a complete visual record of the day, captured without ever getting in the way.

Awards Ceremony Photography

Awards events move fast. Winners get seconds on stage, sponsors need visibility, and organisers need photographs that capture both the prestige of the evening and the reactions that make it memorable.

Trade Show Photography

Exhibitions and trade shows are judged on energy, attendance and engagement — the photography needs to show all three.

Corporate Headshot Photography

Headshots can be arranged as standalone sessions, company-wide photography days, or as a temporary on-site studio at your event — the most efficient way to refresh dozens of profiles while everyone's already in one place.

Also regularly photographed

Leadership summits, talks, panels and keynotes; networking events and product launches; charity galas and black-tie dinners; Christmas parties and corporate celebrations.

Typical investment

Most bookings fall into one of these ranges:

Images delivered while the event is still on

Some events need photography immediately. Press teams may need images before a story is filed. Sponsors may want content while their activation is still live. Marketing teams often need photographs for social media before the keynote has even finished.

For these moments, I pick the strongest frame in-camera and send it straight to a live gallery or shared folder as the event runs — so your team can publish while the audience is still in the room, when attention is at its highest.

Because sometimes tomorrow is too late.
