An event rarely follows the running order.

Schedules slip, speakers overrun, a sponsor wants an extra group shot, a VIP arrives unannounced. Good event photography isn't only about the photographs — it's knowing how live events work, and where to be when something matters.

Most clients don't want a photographer they have to manage. They want someone who takes the brief, works independently, and delivers the coverage without becoming another moving part in an already busy day.

The best feedback I get is usually the simplest: "We barely noticed you were there."


What the images are actually for

The event lasts a day. The images last much longer.

Photography is often one of the last things booked, yet the images become one of the longest-lasting assets from the day — carrying the report that justifies next year's budget, the thank-you that keeps a sponsor renewing, and the campaign that sells the next event.

They're also the internal record: proof the room was full, the speakers landed, and the sponsors got their moment. An event is a significant investment — the photographs are how you show what it achieved.

I'm Teofil Rewers, a London-based photographer specialising in corporate events and business headshots — working directly for organisations and regularly commissioned by event and photography agencies since 2012.

  • Based in north-east London, and at home in every major venue across the city — ExCeL, Canary Wharf, the Park Lane hotels, the QEII Centre and the City's grand venues among them.
  • Fully insured — Public Liability and Professional Indemnity — for work in any venue, including embassies, private members' clubs and major conference centres.
  • Available throughout London and the Home Counties, and across the UK and Europe on assignment. EU passport holder — European jobs without the post-Brexit restrictions.

Corporate Event Photography FAQ

You'll receive a full edited set covering the agreed coverage, rather than just a small selection of highlights. Images are delivered through an online gallery where you can browse, download and share them internally. If you need a handful of images during the event for press or social media, live delivery can also be arranged.
Yes. Standard bookings include usage for your organisation's marketing, PR, internal communications and social media. If images are intended for third-party use, paid advertising beyond your own channels, or broader commercial licensing, let me know at the briefing stage so we can agree the appropriate usage.
The standard delivery is a complete set of professionally edited, colour-corrected photographs rather than the unedited RAW files. This keeps the workflow consistent and allows me to deliver a finished set quickly. If you have a specific reason for needing RAW files, such as further processing by another agency, just ask.
There's no fixed lead time. Earlier is always better for important dates, particularly during busy conference and awards seasons, but shorter-notice bookings are often possible. If your event is coming up soon, it's worth asking.
Corporate events rarely run exactly to plan, so I build some flexibility into the way I work. If timings change significantly or the event looks likely to run beyond the agreed coverage, I'll flag it with you before any additional time is charged.
The brief gives me a framework, but I'm not restricted to photographing a checklist. I'll keep an eye on what's happening throughout the event and use my judgement to capture important moments, people and interactions even when they weren't planned in advance.
Yes. This is common at conferences, awards and larger corporate events. I'll coordinate with other teams where necessary and keep that coordination in the background, so you don't have to manage the different suppliers during the event.
Rescheduling is generally straightforward, particularly with reasonable notice. Cancellations closer to the event may be subject to a fee because the date has been reserved exclusively for you. If plans change, get in touch as early as possible and we'll work through the options.
Yes. I can cover events across the UK and Europe as well as London. Travel and any necessary accommodation for events outside London are quoted separately based on the location, so the costs are clear before you book.
A deposit may be required to secure the date for larger or advance bookings, with the balance invoiced after delivery. For smaller or shorter-notice bookings, full invoicing after the event may be possible. If your organisation has a particular procurement or payment process, we can discuss it when you enquire.
Yes. I'm comfortable working around senior executives, VIPs and private events where discretion matters. I understand that not every person, conversation or area of an event is intended to be photographed or shared, and I'll follow any confidentiality, access or photography restrictions provided by the organiser or venue.
I take the responsibility of covering a booked event seriously. In the unlikely event that I'm unable to attend, I'll make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable professional replacement and ensure they have the brief and requirements for your event.
