London Corporate Headshot Photographer for Executives & Teams

Polished portraits. Real personality. Consistent across the team.

A corporate headshot is doing more work than it used to. It's the first thing a prospect sees before a sales call, the only image a journalist will use when quoting you, the picture that lives on a speaker page, an "About" section, a LinkedIn profile, a company website. It needs to look professional without looking generic — and it needs to look like you on a good day, not someone wearing your face.

For teams, there's a second layer of pressure. Every headshot has to feel like part of the same set. Consistent light, consistent framing, consistent register — so that when the leadership grid sits next to the senior associates' grid on your website, nothing feels off, and no one is quietly wondering why their portrait looks different from everyone else's.

My approach handles both: portraits that flatter the individual without overworking them, shot in a way that holds up across an entire team and matches the tone of your brand. Whether that's twelve people on a single afternoon at your office or a longer one-to-one session for a senior executive.

What's Included

  • Pre-shoot brief to agree style, background, framing and end-use
  • Direction throughout — for people who don't normally enjoy being photographed
  • Consistent lighting setup across team and group bookings
  • Multiple background and crop options (white, grey, dark, environmental)
  • Full retouching of selected images to a clean, natural standard
  • Web-ready and print-ready files delivered through a private online gallery
  • Optional same-day previews for time-sensitive bookings — new hires, PR, press launches

How We Work Together

Before the shoot. I'll ask a small number of useful questions: what the images are for, how your existing team headshots look (if there are any), what the brand tone is, and what the people being photographed are most worried about. For team bookings, I'll send through a short prep note your colleagues can read in two minutes — what to wear, what to avoid, what to expect on the day. It removes most of the nerves before anyone steps in front of the camera.

On the day. I work fast but never rushed. Most people are in and out in ten to fifteen minutes for a standard corporate headshot; longer for executive or PR-focused sessions where more variety is needed. My job in those minutes is to direct, encourage, and make sure no one leaves with the picture they were dreading. The lighting is set up once and stays consistent across every person who steps in — which is what actually makes a team grid look like a team.

After the day. You'll see a private gallery of edited selects within a few working days. From there, your team picks their preferred frame and I deliver the final retouched files in the formats you need — high-resolution for print, web-optimised for digital. Retouching is calibrated to be clean rather than cosmetic: skin texture preserved, stray hairs and obvious distractions removed, nothing that makes the person look like a different person.

Technical Standards & Professional Practice

Headshots are a quieter brief than event work, but the standards behind them are not. Every session is built around consistent lighting, calibrated colour, and a workflow that holds together whether I'm photographing one senior executive or fifty colleagues across a single afternoon at the office. Files are securely backed up on the day and delivered through a private gallery — no shared drives, no public links.

  • Professional portable lighting brought to your office, hotel or event venue
  • Dual-card recording and redundant backup throughout the shoot
  • Fully insured for office, hotel and corporate venue work
  • Colour-calibrated retouching workflow for team consistency
  • Private, password-protected client galleries
  • Calm, efficient working practice — minimal disruption to a working office
